Yes — Weighted Average Cost is recalculated in real time across all purchases, so the cost basis for every pound of material is current. Freight and other landed costs roll into it, and regrade or transformation workflows reclassify material after processing while automatically adjusting inventory values and the WAC.
Can I tell where material physically sits in the yard?
Yes — assign piles, bins, locations, and containers, and track every movement between them for a complete chain of custody from inbound to outbound. Container fill levels and scheduling are tracked alongside, and a live dashboard shows current inventory by product, grade, and location updated with every scale transaction.
How do I separate unprocessed from processed material?
Tag inbound material as Work-In-Progress and move it to Finished Goods once it is processed, so you always know what you own and what stage it is at. Outbound sales commitments are tracked against on-hand inventory so you can see what is promised versus available to sell.
